I have to say this is the best fried chicken in Mankato. These people are super nice fried up chicken tenders fresh and the fact that dairy Queen serves it with country gravy is amazing. It's the best kept secret in Minnesota. Fresh hot fries fresh hot chicken country gravy fantastic!
Very clean (very important!), nice clean lines in the interior. I came here to work on something while getting my car detailed at Snells. They are very friendly here.

Been a longtime DQ stalwart...they have always done an incredible job with unique birthday cake requests! Recently I got a chicken strip basket and they were HUGE...hot & delicious! The gravy was on point as always. There is a manager named Brittany who I've seen there a lot and her customer service it always top notch. Dang...now I want an Oreo Blizzard! HA
Due to unfortunate circumstances pertaining his mother going to prison and me not wanting to be there I was unable to attend my step sons birthday party this weekend. Thanks to Dairy Queen I was able to get him this cake with a picture of me on it, so it was almost like I was at the party being an active part of his life!
I am very disappointed. My family and I regularly visit this Dairy Queen’s drive through on a regular basis. This has been our favorite ice cream spot as it is fast, efficient, and reliable. Until tonight, when we paid a visit through the drive through expecting the usual. We ordered 4 items, with 2 of the items having some sort of problem. The Triple Chocolate Brownie was lacking cocoa fudge, and you could clearly tell the fudge ran out half way through adding it on the ice cream. My Royal Oreo Blizzard came with chunks of cookie dough. Alright, no problem. I go further into the blizzard and realize that there is no chocolate royal filling, the whole reason I ordered and payed extra for the blizzard. Edit: I talked with a manager, and they have sent me free coupons for the items that were messed up in our order. I appreciate the effort this restaurant puts in to make sure their customers are satisfied!
Stopped for flame burgers. They were delicious, hot and great flavor. The French fries were less than desirable, soggy and room temperature. Drive thru went quickly. They are a bit on the spendy side but their product is good for special trips. Very friendly employees.
This was my first time ordering a DQ ice cream cake from this location and I was totally pleased and impressed by the help I received and the decorating and edible photo on the cake was perfect and all tasted amazing. My grandson totally loved it. Many thanks to Tim and Beverly for their outstanding service.
